We'd just like to take this opportunity to welcome all of our new site members and to say hi to all of our existing members and a big thank you for your support over the last few years. We've been a bit quiet over recent months. Last years Scorpio season and Samhain really packed a punch, and we had several bereavements to deal with ......but as the new year of the Fire Horse began we rose from the ashes to restock and update our products, and will soon be adding some new pages to the website offering Homoeopathy services, products and courses. What I've been up to in the Apothecary

HI! I've been thrilled to be back in the Apothecary! So....on a sunny Tuesday, which is ruled by Mars, it was a good day to process the Scotch Bonnet chillies that my good friend grew in his garden on the beautiful Ilse of Portland in Dorset where we live.

Chillies are ruled by the fiery Mars planet as you can imagine!

So at the hour of the Sun I began the process of making up the Fortuneswell Hot Chilli Muscle Rub, adding Chillies, Rosemary, and Ginger to the oils to steep before I cooked them up with the wax and butters to create the Muscle rub!

The Muscle rub is one of my best sellers, it is great for pain relief and for treating sore muscles. Click below for all the product info :)

A must for all first aid kits, and tired feet!

This month I'd also like to sing the praises of this little gem! I had some really nice feed back from one of my customers who runs every morning....She uses Rescue balm every morning on her feet before running and finds that it stops her feet feeling so worn out and has stopped her fungal foot infection, so yet another use for this great balm!. Since then another customer also agreed how good it is for fungal foot infection! The antiseptic qualities of calendula, along with the essential oils of tea tree, lavender and thyme, as well as other herbal oils make for a very healing balm, one not to be left out of the first aid kit ....

As we're coming into the darker months, this will also be really useful as a chest rub when suffering from coughs and colds, and great for stuffy noses of children!
